Question: I have several Excel files that I use all the time. Is there any way I can make them always available in the Recent Document list?
Answer: Yes. To the right of the document name in the Recent Documents list is a push pin icon.
Clicking on the icon changes the icon view from a side view to a more straight-on view
and more importantly that document remains near the top of the Recent Document list. This should work in most Microsoft Office products as well as most versions.
