New Project Management Classes

In addition to our existing Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera classes, we have added Fundamentals of Project Management and Microsoft Project 2010 to our Houston schedule. Other locations will be scheduled in the future, and on-site training at your location is also availalbe.

Fundamentals of Project Management
Length: 1 Day. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills.

Course Ojectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Identify the key processes and requirements of project management.
• Initiate a project.
• Plan for time and cost.
• Plan for project risks, communication, and change control.
• Manage a project
• Execute the project closeout phase

Microsoft Project 2010
Length: 2 Days. Prerequisites: General knowledge of Windows. Basic understanding of project management concepts.

Course Objectives:

• Develop a project plan with tasks, resources, and assignments.
• Master the tools for presenting your plan and creating reports.
• Track progress and costs and make real-time adjustments.
